When you experience issues with the Flitsmeister app, our support staff may ask you to send a diagnostic file. This file contains the app's operational data, which may help us trace and resolve the cause of your problem.
You can send the diagnostic file to us by following these steps:

Open the Flitsmeister app on the device where you are experiencing the issue.

Tap the hamburger menu (the button with three horizontal lines) at the bottom left of your screen.

Scroll down and tap 'About Flitsmeister' at the bottom of the menu.

Tap the FM logo at the bottom five times in a row.

A few options will appear. Press 'Send diagnostic file.'

Enter your FM profile email address and press 'Submit.'
Then, in a reply to your support request, let us know the email address you used to send the file so we can locate it.
